Do any of you have that one movie that you could watch on repeat and it will never get old no matter what? I am currently watching Pride & Prejudice (as I do almost every Sunday lol) and I just can’t explain how much I love this movie. I am a very old soul, I love everything classical, English/French architecture and interiors and I love period pieces. I find them so calming and I could watch them over and over. The second I hear “Dawn” by Jean-Yves Thibaudet playing, all of the noise around me in the world stops and I just enter a state of zen.
Your Guide to All Things Fall!
Why hello there! If you follow me on Instagram…. YES, I know I know. I’m talking about Fall yet again. I absolutely just cannot help it. It’s my favorite season and because it goes by so fast, I want to make the most out of it! While living in California, I didn’t really ever get true Fall seasons. Of course, we would have some chilly days here and there and the mornings were pretty chilly for the most part, but the leaves didn’t change colors and you couldn’t wear a peacoat after 10 a.m. I am going alllll out this year - so buckle up! I also feel like 2020 has been just all around horrible, so if something brings you joy out of this year, freaking embrace it! We all deserve a little happiness sprinkled into this crappy year.
Our Holiday Decor
Can you guys believe it is already December?? I don’t even know how that happened. It was March 2 seconds ago! I don’t know about you all, but I am very ready for this year to be over with. This year has been filled with so much darkness. One thing that can bring a little light into this dark year is Christmastime! I have definitely been a little happier than usual this month because of the holiday decorations, christmas music, sparkly lights…. everything. It just fills my heart with so much joy.
